What You Need to Know Before You Come
Chaperon:
Anyone graduating from high school in the Spring of 2008, yet under the age of 18, coming to SALT'08, MUST be accompanied by a chaperon, provided by the local church.
* The chaperon must be approved by the local church governing board.
* The chaperon must be 21 years of age or older.
* The chaperon must be a faithful Christian with a good feel for the ministry.
* The chaperon will be responsible and accountable for the under age within their group.
* The chaperon will be the representation of the underage to SALT'08 and it's leaders.
* The chaperon is expected to be a mature Christian adult supervision.
* Chaperons are not SALT'08 security - their purpose is to accompany their own group.
* Chaperons must fill an application and pay the same amount.
* No high school graduates under the age of 18 is allow to register without an approved chaperon provided by the church
Note: Group without any under age attendee does not need chaperon
Dress Code:
Casual wear during the day time and evening service, short and T-shirt for afternoon play time. Maranatha Bible Camp is a regular campground. However, be mindful that clothings should be appropriate for a spiritual environment. All Christians are encourage to prepare their heart (the inside) as well as their appearance (the outside) to worship and glorify Christ Jesus through their lives.
What to Pack for SALT'08:
Casual clothing, personal grooming items, towels, pillow & bedding or sleeping bag, swimwear and sandals, T-shirts and shorts, gym shoes, spending money, and bible.
Security and Safety:
Maranatha Bible Camp is an in closed camp facility, away from any town; therefor:
* All attendees must not leave campus without permission from the SALT'08 Camp Manager
* All attendees must stay within campground boundaries and stay off Restricted Areas
* All attendees must be in their cabins by 11:30pm
